1 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 999nd ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses the 999nd website or related services ("User", "you", "your").

By accessing 999nd.lat, creating an account, or using any gaming or betting feature, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use the services on 999nd:

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, 999nd may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Documents typically required include:

3.4 Account Security

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

999nd currently supports three mobile payment methods in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification (KYC) is incomplete
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• A security review is required
• During system maintenance

4.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must always be made to the same method used for the deposit. That is, the withdrawal will be sent to the same mobile number used to make the deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method will not be processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

999nd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• ৳12,000 or more deposited → bonus capped at ৳8,000 → total ৳20,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by the platform.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time.
• If any manipulation or misuse is detected for the purpose of earning bonuses, the account will be closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another person.
• 999nd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

The 999nd VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can automatically advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

999nd is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by verified Random Number Generators (RNG) from recognized software providers. No manual intervention is made.

6.2 Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit per round may apply while bonus funds are active. Bets placed above this limit may not count towards bonus wagering.

6.3 Technical Errors

999nd reserves the right to void any transaction or winning outcome resulting from a technical error in the game software or system. In such cases, the relevant deposited real money will be refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section covers markets for cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Bets can be placed on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and ICC tournaments. However:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded.
• Match results will be determined according to official sports authority records.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999nd:

• Creating multiple accounts from the same person or household.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, hedging, etc.).
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for the purpose of laundering money from illegal sources.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.

• Demeaning or threatening other users.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any withdrawable funds remaining in the account will be returned before closure.

8.2 Closure at 999nd's Initiative

999nd may suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC)
• Suspicious financial activity
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months)

9 Limitation of Liability

• Losses resulting from a user disclosing their own login credentials.
